Objective
For this project we were tasked to re-design a logo for a local food company, and then create other branding.
Process
To begin, I started with overall restaraunt research, looking at their logos, their branding etc, but mostly focusing on vegan chains since my project was redesigning Plant Matter Kitchen. I then began to do 3 pages of sketches based on this research and the ideas that came up, and I narrowed it down to 3 ideas for my roughs, 2 semi comps, and then 1 for my final. I wanted to focus on a vegetable to promote the vegan aspect, yet I wanted it to look professional and exciting, so I ended up using a radish.
