Objective
For this project we were tasked to create a unique 18x24 inch painting that represents us as an individual, and tells a story.
Process
I began by doing research on famous paintings to see the stories being told, and I began to write out a list of elements I wanted to include. In my personal art, I love to incorporate plants, so it was crucial to include them in this project. I then got my canvas, sketched the idea in pencil, selected my colour palette and began. The process was freeing since there was not specific rules on the technique, so I learned as I went, and made descisions on the way.
